Project Control Engineer

Work site : Greek
Contract duration: 12 months
Starting Date : May 2008
Job description: Preparation of the Project Master Schedule using the Critical Path Method (CPM).
Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure, Organization Breakdown Structure and Responsibility Matrix.
Evaluation of project resources, (material, manpower & equipment), requirements, schedules and S-curves.
Preparation of Progress S-curves.
Preparation of detailed schedules and look-ahead (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) for various project phases.
Monitoring of project progress, productivity and analyzing the trends according to the actual performance.
Analysis of historical data, i.e. productivity and performance for future projects.
Preparation of the Client and Internal reports (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) and presentations thereof.
Preparation of cost estimates for Change Orders and Claims.
Preparation and submission of Project Invoices to Client.
Preparation and revision of the Project Initial Budget(s).
Monitoring of various project costs, (material, manpower, equipment, sub-contractors and various services) against the Initial Budget.
Proposing corrective actions based on the analysis of cost deviations and overruns.
Preparation of Project Cost Reports and Budget revisions.
Preparation and updating of project cash flow.
Monitoring of the Project Margin trend.

Requirements: Deep Knowledge of Primavera Software P3

Language: Italian and English (written and spoken)
