Work location 8 months in Madrid (Spain ) and 12 Months in Abu Dhabi (UAE)

Job description:

Reviews the project technical documentation and the contractual requirements;
Ensures and coordinate safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure;
Coordinate, comments, takes part and approve pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run planning & scheduling;
Prepares the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run execution plans with the assistance of the Commissioning Leader;
Prepares the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and handing over procedures with the assistance of Discipline Engineers and the Commissioning Superintendent;
Participates to the review of the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run (performance test) procedures and the operating manuals prepared by the Project Process Leaders;
Participates to HAZOP review meeting where deemed necessary;
Assists Services Purchasing & Subcontracting Department for the definition of subcontractors scope of work;
Coordinates the preparation the commissioning spare parts list & consumables list;
Prepares the Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluation falling within his sphere of responsibility;
Reviews the 3D Model for compliance with the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up requirements and for accessibility & operability;
Coordinate issuing of Mechanical Completion certificate to prepare the plant for Pre-commissioning and Commissioning;
Prepares commissioning System Dossiers;
Oversee the preparation of all necessary Contractor’s Commissioning Plans and Procedures.
Oversee all necessary commissioning preparation work (monitoring preservation, monitoring of mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities, commissioning temporaries, etc).
Participate in and assist with the co-ordination of the Project’s performance test(s).
Contribute to the Commissioning Group’s improvement process and close-out report.
Calls and coordinate periodic meeting (Internal, with Contractors, with Client, etc.)

Contract Duration 20 months
Requirements : Good Knowledge MS Office automation System
Language: English (written and spoken)
